Esaver Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Esaver) warrants to the original end user that its products are designed to be free from defects in material & workmanship subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below for one year from the date of purchase. The end user may use this product only on acceptance of these terms and in accordance with the stated limitations.
This limited warranty extends only to the original end user and is not transferable. This limited warranty is also applicable to products that are repaired or replaced by Esaver for the balance of the original warranty period or for 30 days from the date the product is repaired or replaced, whichever is longer. If the end user discovers any defect within the warranty period, the end user must intimate Esaver within a week and return the product properly packaged and shipped, freight prepaid and insured to Esaver. A returned product that is improperly packaged or shipped voids all warranties. Esaver will at its sole discretion either repair or replace any part of the product that proves defective by reason of improper material or workmanship or provide a refund of the product. In no event shall the refund provided by Esaver exceed the amount paid to Esaver for purchasing the product.
Consumables such as batteries are not covered under any warranty. Any tampering, modifications, manhandling or physical damage to the product will make this warranty invalid. For any returned product, Esaver will notify the customer on the repair/replacement status within one week of receiving the product. In cases where the warranty does not apply, shipped products will be returned back to the customer only after all shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Any product covered by this warranty will after repair or replacement be shipped back to the end user at Esaver's expense.
Esaver products cannot be used for any potential life threatening applications or any activity that can cause loss or damage to the end user in any form. The customer agrees to use the product(s) solely at their own risk and in no event will Esaver be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages, third party claims for any form of damages or loss resulting from the purchase, use, misuse, unavailability, performance, incorrect installation or defects in the product. Esaver's total liability for this product, express or implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set forth in this document and for a claim of any type the total amount shall not exceed the amount paid to Esaver for the specific Esaver product that is the subject of the claim. Installation or first use of this product automatically represents acceptace of this agreement by the customer and end user. To the extent not prohibited by law in your state, this limited warranty & usage policy is the exclusive warranty and end user agreement given by Esaver for its products and supersedes all other generic warranties and agreements.
